I currently work as an analyst for a human services provider in Illinois, where I derive insight from financial, organizational, and healthcare data to help decision makers strike the optimal balance of quality service and revenue maximization. My professional focus includes revenue lifecycle management, forecasting and budgeting, people analytics, and predictive clinical analysis. Within these responsibilities, I prioritize delivering quick access to clean and insightful data by automating manual processes, and building interactive dashboards that support timely decision-making. I have also led and served on multiple EHR system implementation teams, training hundreds of client-facing and administrative staff along the way.

In my free time, I enjoy writing for my sports analytics blog, Trial By Analytics, where I combine my personal and professional passions to explore statistical trends in sports. When not working behind a computer, I enjoy reading, coaching and playing soccer, and covering classic rock songs on guitar.
